Big, thick and unapologetically loaded with chocolate. Our NYC-style sourdough cookie has crisp golden edges, a soft and chewy centre, and plenty of chocolate in every indulgent bite. Sourdough adds depth to the flavour, balancing the cookie’s sweetness and making it even harder to resist.
This isn’t a delicate little cookie. It’s a full chocolate-chip-cookie experience.
Made with brown rice flour*, white rice flour*, potato starch*, tapioca starch*, cornstarch*, xanthan gum, refined coconut oil*, brown sugar*, powdered cane sugar*, quinoa sourdough starter (freshly milled quinoa flour and double filtered water), pure vanilla extract*, psyllium husk powder*, water, baking powder, sea salt and loads of fair-trade dark chocolate chips* (cacao mass, cane sugar, cacao butter).

Keep refrigerated or frozen to preserve freshness. For the best flavour and texture, allow your cookie to come to room temperature before enjoying.
Pickup Orders: Pickup orders will be ready within 72 hours of being received and can be picked up at our storefront location.
Delivery Orders: Orders placed by 11:59pm on Saturdays will be sent out the following Wednesday. Orders requiring shipping received after the cutoff time will be sent out the following week.
