Soft, savoury and loaded with plant-based cheddar, this gluten-free sourdough bun delivers cheesy flavour in every bite. Use it to build an unforgettable burger, serve it alongside soups and salads, or warm it up and enjoy it as a satisfying savoury snack all on its own.
Ingredients: quinoa sourdough starter* (freshly milled quinoa flour and double filtered water), long grain brown rice flour*, chickpea miso*, nutritional yeast, Farmboy Vegan Cheddar (filtered water, refined coconut oil, modified potato starch, modified tapioca starch, sea salt, artificial vegan flavour, sorbic acid, paprika extract, and beta-carotene), double filtered water, psyllium husk powder*, sprouted golden flaxseed*, sprouted sorghum flour*, sprouted oat flour*, sprouted chickpea flour*, unmodified potato starch*, tapioca starch*, coconut sugar* and sea salt.

Our Process: Every loaf at Uprising Bakehouse is handcrafted with certified organic ingredients, freshly milled sprouted whole-grain flours, and our wild sourdough culture. We naturally ferment our dough for 18–24 hours before baking to develop flavour and support digestibility.
Pickup Orders: Pickup orders will be ready within 72 hours of being received and can be picked up at our storefront location.
Delivery Orders: Orders placed by 11:59pm on Saturdays will be sent out the following Wednesday. Orders requiring shipping received after the cutoff time will be sent out the following week.
