Handcrafted in small batches by our friends at The Organic House, this 65% dark chocolate bar features crunchy pieces of Uprising Bakehouse’s own Light White gluten-free sourdough, finished with a touch of sea salt.
Made with ethically sourced Thai cacao and naturally sweetened with coconut flower nectar, it has light notes of citrus, nuts and ripe stone fruit. A delicious collaboration between two local Burlington businesses that care deeply about quality ingredients and handcrafted food.

Pickup Orders: Pickup orders will be ready within 72 hours of being received and can be picked up at our storefront location.
Delivery Orders: Orders placed by 11:59pm on Saturdays will be sent out the following Wednesday. Orders requiring shipping received after the cutoff time will be sent out the following week.
