Ingredients: quinoa sourdough starter* (freshly milled quinoa flour and double filtered water), double filtered water, brown rice flour*, sprouted oat flour*, sprouted chickpea flour*, sprouted sorghum flour*, tapioca starch*, unmodified potato starch*, olive oil*, agave nectar*, psyllium husk*, apple cider vinegar*, house-made cultured hempseed butter* (refined coconut oil*, hemp seeds*, avocado oil, sea salt), fresh parsley, black cumin seeds* and sea salt.

Our Process
Every sourdough at Uprising Bakehouse is handcrafted with certified organic ingredients, freshly milled sprouted whole-grain flours, and our wild sourdough culture. We naturally ferment our dough for 18–24 hours before baking to develop flavour and support digestibility.
Pickup Orders: Pickup orders will be ready within 72 hours of being received and can be picked up at our storefront location.
Delivery Orders: Orders placed by 11:59pm on Saturdays will be sent out the following Wednesday. Orders requiring shipping received after the cutoff time will be sent out the following week.
